Staff Health Occupation/Medical Education Scholarship
Established in 1998 to provide scholarships to Starke County residents pursuing
a career in a health field. |
Helen and Ware Edgar Scholarship Fund
Established in 1997 to provide support to a Starke County, Indiana High School
graduate who plans to pursue a career in journalism. Northern Indiana Community

Ed Hasnerl/WKVI Scholarship Fund
Established in 1999 to provide scholarships to qualified graduating seniors,
who are Starke County Residents, studying communications and media related

Clarence Lawrence Memorial Scholarship Fund
Established in 1999 to provide scholarships to qualified students graduating
from North Judson-San Pierre High School, Knox High School or Oregon-Davis

Winifred J. Simpkins/Spirit of Nursing Scholarship
Fund
Established in 2002 to provide scholarships to Starke County residents enrolled

Christine and David VanVactor Scholarship Fund
Established in 2006 to provide scholarships to students graduating from Knox
High School or non-traditional students who previously graduated from Knox
High School. Preference will be given to those applicants who plan to pursue
a degree in Construction Management or building trades. |
Robert O. and Doris E. Winters Scholarship Fund
Established in 1999 to provide scholarships for qualified students graduating
from Knox Community High School in need of financial assistance. Northern Indiana

Starke
Co. Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship Program
The program will provide scholarships for full tuition, required fees, and a
special allocation of up to $800 per year for required books and required equipment
for four years of undergraduate study on a full-time basis, leading to a baccalaureate
degree at any Indiana public or private college or university accredited by the
Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools.

Megan Elytha Jean Sahlhoff Music Scholarship
