Terri Johnson
Northern Indiana Community Foundation
Executive Director

Terri has been involved with the Fulton County Community Foundation since inception in 1993. She took the helm of the Northern Indiana Community Foundation as the Executive Director and began serving all three counties in September of 2002. She has an accounting degree, as well as extensive background in finances and management. Prior to her employment at NICF, she was a co-owner of Akron Concrete Products and worked as a commercial loan officer for Farmers State Bank. She rounded out her business degree and her administrative and financial background with training through the Center on Philanthropy at Indiana University with a certificate in Fund Raising Management.

Tami Murphy
Northern Indiana Community Foundation
Administrative Assistant

Tami has been with the Northern Indiana Community Foundation since October 2002. Prior to joining the NICF team, Tami worked with mentally handicapped children in the public schools and was also the administrative assistant at Akron Concrete Products. She provides support to all three counties as well as handling all of the administrative assistant duties at the NICF office.

Corinne Becknell-Lucas
Northern Indiana Community Foundation
Program/Scholarship Coordinator

Corinne began work with the Community Foundation as the Starke County Administrative Assistant in January 2002. She has a background in music and media production. In 2006, she took on the position of NICF Program/Scholarship Coordinator. She oversees all three counties grant and scholarship cycles.

Kathy Norem
Starke County Community Foundation Associate Director

Kathy has been the Associate Director of the Starke County Community Foundation since the August of 2006. Prior to working for the Community Foundation, Kathy was the CEO of Starke Memorial Hospital. She also worked for Ancilla College where she started their Nursing program. Kathy is active in the dog show circuit, showing her Pomeranians.

Brian Johnson
Fulton County Community Foundation Associate Director

Brian joined the Northern Indiana Community Foundation, Inc. team in October of 2007. Prior to working for the Community Foundation, Brian was the Cylinder Head Department Supervisor at Gaerte Engines. He brings with him a strong background in customer service, and a lot of enthusiasm for Fulton County.

Jenni Marsh
Miami County Community Foundation Associate Director
Northern Indiana Community Foundation Marketing Coordinator

Jenni joined the NICF team in May of 2006, as the Associate Director of Miami County Community Foundation. At the start of 2007, she took on the additional responsibilities of promoting and marketing the community foundations. Her previous experience includes running her own communications consulting business.
